2 Collection of personal data

2.1 Personal data in terms of this Privacy Policy shall be all information that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "Person Concerned"). This includes in particular your name, your e-mail address, your address and your phone number.

2.2 Personal data also includes information on how you use our website. In this respect, we collect the following personal data: Information on your visits to our website such as amount of data transferred, the place from which you retrieve data from our website as well as other connection data and sources that you retrieve. This usually happens by using log files and cookies. Further information on log files and cookies is provided below.

3 Intended use, deletion of personal dat

We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- In order to provide the requested services;
- In order to ensure that our website is presented to you in the most appropriate, effective and interesting way;
- In order to create personalised and local offers;
- In case of the conclusion of a contract we process the your personal data provided by you based on § 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. b) GDPA in our system and use it for the duration of processing this contract, i.e. for order processing, invoicing and in connection with statutory deadlines. Your order is allocated to the respective order data (product, quantity, price, etc.).
- In order to allow you to participate in interactive offers, if desired;
- In order to inform you about our services.
The usage of personal data in mail-order companies serves the proper delivery and a possible complaint (e.g. loss of goods). Legal basis for processing is § 6 para. 1 clause 1 b) GDPA.
To process payments, the required payment data is forwarded to the payment service provider commissioned to process the payment. Legal basis for processing is § 6 para. 1 clause 1 b) GDPA.

3.2 Deletion of data
As far as not explicitly stated in this Privacy Statement, the data stored with us is deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for their intended purpose and there are no contradicting statutory retention obligations. As far as data is not deleted since they are required for other and statutorily permitted purposes, their processing is limited. This means that data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies e.g. for data that needs to be stored for commercial and tax reasons. As registered client, your address data is stored for future orders. Upon your request, this data will be deleted as far as there are no legal obstacles.

4 Newsletter

4.1 With your consent you can subscribe to our newsletter, in which we will inform you about current developments in the field of market research and news from our company.

4.2. For subscribing to our newsletter we use the so-called double op-in procedure. This means, after subscribing we send you an e-mail to the provided e-mail address and request you to confirm that you want to receive our newsletter. If you don't confirm your subscription within 24 hours, your information is blocked and deleted automatically after one month. Furthermore, we store the respectively used IP addresses and times of subscription and confirmation. Purpose of this procedure is to be able to prove your subscription and resolve possible misuse of your personal data.

4.3. Mandatory for receiving our newsletter is only your e-mail address. Stating further, highlighted data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your order, we store your e-mail address with the purpose of sending you our newsletter. Legal basis is § 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. a) GDPA.

4.4. Your consent to receiving our newsletter can be revoked at any time and the subscription of our newsletter cancelled. You can revoke your consent by clicking on the link provided in all newsletters, by e-mail to t.hans@hansmade.berlin or by sending a message to the contact data stated in our Legal Notice.

5. Information on your computer/your device, cookies, targeting, Google Analytics, social media

5.1. Whenever you access our site we collect the following information about your device: The IP address of your device, the request from your browser as well as the time of the request. Furthermore, the status and the transferred data amount is recorded in the framework of this request. We also collect product and version information on the used browser and the operating system of your device. We collect information from which website you accessed our website. The IP address of your device as well as the referrer URL is only stored for the time of you using the website and is afterwards deleted immediately and anonymised by shortening it. The other data is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of our website, in particular to detect and remove errors of the website, to determine the website's capacity and to carry out adjustments and improvements.

5.2. Furthermore we collect information on your usage of the website by using so-called browser cookies. These are small text files that are stored to you data carrier and store specific settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. A cookie usually contains the domain name from which the cookie data is sent as well as information on cookie age and an alphanumeric identifier. Cookies allow our systems to recognize a user's device and to immediately provide possible specific default settings. As soon as a user accesses a platform a cookie is sent to the respective user's computer hard drive.

We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some elements of our website require that the requesting browser can be identified also after moving to another page. Thus, different information is stored in the cookies, e.g. language settings, products in the shopping basket or login information.

On our website we also use cookies that allow the analysis of the users' surfing behaviour. E.g. entered search terms, number of site calls or the use of website functions is stored.

The users' data collected in such way is pseudonymised by means of technical measures. Thus, allocation of data to specific users is not possible. Such data is not stored together with other personal data of the users.

When visiting our website, the users are informed with an information banner about the usage of cookies for analysis purposes and referred to the Privacy Statement. In this context, a message appears stating how storing of cookies can be blocked in your browser settings.

The legal basis for processing personal data by using cookies is § 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f) GDPA.

Purpose of such technically required cookies is to make the usage of websites easier for users. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the usage of cookies. For these, it is required that the browser is recognised after moving to another page.

The usage of analysis cookies is done with the purpose to improve the quality of our website and its content. With the analysis cookies we learn in which way our website is used and can thus continuously optimise our offers.

These purposes justify our legitimate interest to process personal data according to § 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPA.

Our Website uses so called tracking technologies carried out based on § 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f) GDPA. We use our technologies to make the web offer more interesting. This technology allows addressing web users, who already showed interest in our website, on our partners' websites. Showing ads on the pages of our partners is done based on a cookie technology and the analysis of your previous usage behaviour. The analysis is carried out under a pseudonym and nor usage profiles are linked to your personal data. If you don't agree to the creation of usage profiles you can send us a message with your objection. Then, a specific opt-out cookies is stored to your computer that needs to remain there permanently. In case you delete such cookie or it is automatically deleted due to your browser settings, you need to install this cookie anew when visiting our website.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google LLC ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "Cookies", text files that are stored to your computer and that allow the analysis of the usage of our website. The information on your usage of our website created by cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the US and stored there. In case of an activation of the IP anonymisation on this website, your IP address, however, is previously shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other states parties to the agreement within the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google service in the US and shortened there. (4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizelp()". Thus, IP addresses are processed in a shortened version. Direct personal reference is excluded. As far as the personal data collected would be referenced to your person, this is excluded and the personal data thus immediately deleted.

The gained statistics help us improve our range on offer and to make it more interesting for you as user. 6. Data safety

All information that you transfer to us is stored to servers within the European Union. Unfortunately, transferring information online is not completely safe, which is why we cannot guaranty the safety of information transferred to our website via the Internet. However, we secure our website and other systems with technical and organisational measure against loss, destruction, access, changes to and distribution of your data by unauthorised people. In particular, you personal data is transferred encoded by us. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer).Access to our account is only possible after entering you personal password . You should keep your access information always confidential, close your browser window and delete the history when you finished your communication with us, in particular, when you share your computer with others.

7. Forwarding to third partie

We do not forward your personal data to third parties, unless you agreed to data forwarding or when forwarding is required to provide the services (e.g. forwarding of address data to delivery service providers or forwarding of payment data to payment service providers) or we are allowed or obliged to forward data due to statutory provisions and/or administrative or court orders. according to § 16 GDPA to request immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored with us; according to § 17 GDPA to request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is required for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, to comply with legal obligations, for public interest reasons or the enforcement, exercise or defence of legal claims; according to § 18 GDPA to request the limitation of processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful, but you don't want the data to be deleted and we don't need the data anymore, but you need them to enforce, exercise or defend any legal claims or you appealed against the processing according to § 21 GDPA; according to § 20 GDPA to request to obtain the personal data that you provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request to transfer to another responsible person;
when your personal data is processed due to legitimate interest according to § 6 para. 1 clause 1 lit. f) GDPA, to appeal against the processing of your personal data according to § 21 GDPA as far as there are reasons resulting from your special situation or the appeal addresses direct advertising.
